Chris Cavallini – 99 problems but meal prep ain’t 1
I got 99 problems but meal prep ain’t one!! This last week when I was on my unplanned, not so pleasant vacation, I was forced to eat sh*t I wouldn’t feel comfortable feeding my dog! Real talk. Although I did get semi stale fruit loops one morning which was somewhat mentally gratifying considering my circumstances. So grateful my #nutritionsolutions crew was able to get my meals prepped for me the next morning and get me back on this grind!! Looking fwd to a 6am wake up call tmrw and starting a monster week off strong!
