On May 15, 2015, Fidelity National Title officially opened their new Branch Office located at 2222 Lithia Center in Valrico, Florida. This Brand New facility is approximately 2,000 square feet and has a total of 2 closing rooms, with 3 cubicles, along with a private office. The reception area is extremely welcoming when you first walk in. Your eyes are jumping all around with all of the modern industrial artwork that is on the walls, to the bronze, red, blue and yellow stained metal that is attached to the wrap around, half wall and the counter that goes around the cubicles in the center of the space. One of the next things that you notice, once you walk in, is the beautiful stained concrete floors that flow throughout the entire space with an elegant seating area off to your right as you wait for your title officer and closing professional.
On May 15, 2015, Fidelity National Title officially opened their new Branch Office located at At the grand opening there were over 100 people that came out to enjoy food, drinks, an ice cream machine, and desserts while meeting with the new marketing representative Sheila Donalson. Sheila has been in the title industry for over 30 years and previously owned Affinity Title before selling to Fidelity National Title a few short months ago. The stunning Michelle Lawson was also in attendance. As a recent addition as a marketing representative to the Fidelity National Title team, her industry experience of 24 years is a welcomed addition.
Tim Ryan was the emcee for the day introducing the entire staff of Fidelity National Title that was in attendance. Tim has been with Fidelity for over 25 years now and is extremely well known in the Tampa Bay community. He is the emcee for multiple Real Estate groups in the area helping Real Estate Agents, vendors and people in the community with opportunities to interact with each other in an environment where everyone feels welcomed. Every Wednesday at Sluggers located at 109 W. Bloomingdale Ave., Brandon, Florida and every Thursday at Circles located at 1212 Apollo Beach Blvd., Apollo Beach, Florida the professionals meet to help each other buy and sell properties. This is all part of the efforts of Tim Ryan from Fidelity.
