In Ybor City there are many cigar bars. There is one that stands out among the rest. That one place is Long Ash Cigars, where you are able to go and find hundreds of cigars, and you can even watch them rolling cigars as you are sitting at the Bar! The atmosphere at this gem of a hidden bar on 7th Ave in Ybor City is a place that gives you the feel of that history you can only get of the cigar industy in Ybor. It is in the heart of what is known as the melting pot of immigrants from Spain, Germany, Italy and even Cuba in the 1880’s. It is the home to some of the most famous cigar factories in the world.

Long Ash Cigar gives you that feel as if you were in the 1880’s with how the bar looks, the vast variety of cigars, some of the tobacco leaves from them rolling and cutting them have fallen on the floor in the rolling area and the huge humidor that they have to store all of their cigars. Ybor is listed as a National Register of Historic Places within the United States. Accompanied within this establishment you can find fine wines, and micro-brews as well. It is just one of those locations that you must visit just for the history while you are in the Tampa area on a business trip, or traveling for pleasure. Located at 1728 E. 7th Ave, they are on one of the most iconic streets in the whole country.
